Download the Brave New World Arts Award Logbook. Created for students working towards their Bronze Arts Award, this logbook is intended to provide a useful resource for documenting evidence and exploring the arts further. 

This Arts Award logbook has been created by Touring Consortium Theatre Company, in collaboration with Blackpool Grand Theatre and with support and advice from Arts Award, to help support young people attain their Bronze Award. It's suitable for anyone working toward their award, so whether you're intending to see Brave New World or already have and are inspired by some of the creative choices in the play, we're making this free resource available to download on theatrecloud.

What is Arts Award?
Arts Award inspires and supports young people to enjoy the arts, develop their creative and leadership skills, and achieve a national qualification. Arts Award can broaden an understanding of what the arts are all about; it can provide an introduction to possible careers in the arts; it awards achievements in the arts with an accreditation, managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England

How can I use this resource? 
This log book contains a framework for you to write down your observations, but, the Arts Award also encourages young people to gather a variety of evidence – photos, video, sound recordings, drawings, tickets, fliers. These can be attached to the log book or details and links written in it to make it easier for the assessor to find what they need.

Brave New World premieres at Royal and Derngate, Northampton, where it runs from 4 to 26 September 2015. It then tours to Edinburgh, Blackpool, Nottingham, Cheltenham, Wolverhampton, Darlington and Bradford where it concludes on 5 December.
